Responsibilities:
1.To assist the General Manager to develop an annual business plan, the planning stages of tasks on a regular basis to report progress to the general manager.
2.To assist the General Manager of the company’s operations and management of various functional departments to coordinate the working relationship between departments;
3.Tracking company of the goals, provide analysis and recommendations for improvement;
4.You should dealing the external public relations with the General Manager, and participate in large-scale activities were planned, organized, organizing work;
5.To assist the General Manager to arrange meeting schedule and agenda, record the meeting
6.writing the reports by General Manager, and handle the daily mail, arrangements, General Manager of the working time.
Qualifications:
1, Ladies first, Bachelor degree or above, English should be the first language, graduated from the well-known university or had experience of overseas study
2, Have more than one year of work experience, assistant general manager experience is preferred;
3, Have a good knowledge of structure, receiving and adaptable, able to grasp the company's various business-related knowledge;
4, Have a stronger coordination、communication and a keen observation ability, as well as the strong judgments and decision-making capacity planning and implementation capacity;
5, Have a good teamwork spirit, honest, reliable, good character;
6, Skilled use of office software, proficient in business etiquette;
