Cambridge C1 broadly corresponds to IELTS 6.5–8.0. A grade C pass at C1 is roughly IELTS 6.5–7.0; a grade A corresponds more closely to 7.5–8.0.
Cambridge C1 is not accepted as a SELT for most UK immigration routes. You need a Trinity or LanguageCert SELT for those routes. Always verify at gov.uk.
