Southampton is one of the UK's most active SELT preparation locations, given the number of healthcare workers, skilled workers and family visa applicants in the region. Elite Language Solutions, founded by Phil Harmon, has prepared hundreds of Southampton-area candidates for A2 and B1 SELT examinations over more than 30 years.
